Meet the woman that brought Peruvian food to Wichita, KS. Gabby's from Lima, Peru which is why we don't compromise when it comes to our authentic Peruvian cuisine! Every dish is made fresh to order so customers can have Peruvian food exactly the way it's supposed to be.
Our Journey
Gabby's started in a small building that only had 4 tables in Delano off of Douglas. Named best Latin food in the state of Kansas by BuzzFeed. Thanks to the response of Wichita to our cuisine we moved to a bigger location where we currently are at 1002 S. Seneca St. Wichita, KS. We look forward to serving the Wichita area for more years to come!
